WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING SENT FROM AND BY WHICH COURIER?

All orders are shipped out from our Perth, Western Australia warehouse.

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post.

International orders are shipped via DHL courier.

WHERE ARE THE GARMENTS MADE?

All items are handmade in Vietnam. All our materials are 100% locally sourced and grown in Vietnam, guaranteeing consistent quality control.

HOW LONG WILL MY PARCEL TAKE TO ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Standard Australian deliveries usually take 3-8 business days, depending on the destination. Standard shipping costs within Australia are $15.00 flat rate (inclusive of GST).

Express Australian deliveries usually take 1-4 business days, depending on the destination. Express shipping costs within Australia are $20.00 flat rate (inclusive of GST).

We do provide FREE Standard Shipping and discount Express Shipping within Australia for all orders over $150AUD. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more detailed.

International shipments usually take between 3-10 business days depending on the destination,
providing there are no customs hold ups. Shipping costs for overseas parcels vary based on different countries. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more detailed.

The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

Please note during sale periods there may be an additional delay in order processing times and therefore shipping time frames may vary.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instruction to track your package.

DOES AMANDA CHARMING SHIP AT MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BUT I WANT TO ADD TO IT.

Once an order is placed, items cannot be added afterwards. A separate order will need to be placed. Please note we ship our orders out quickly and promptly.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S) IF IT’S WRONG SIZE, STYLE OR COLOR?

Amanda Charming would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong color or size it can be returned for an exchange or a refund.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND THE SIZE I AM AFTER?

If the size you are after is not displayed on the website, then unfortunately it means that we have sold out of that particular size. You are welcome to contact us to see if we will be restocking the item or to see if we can suggest a similar style that suits your needs.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE?

All product size charts are within the product page. Please refer to these size charts for approximate measurements. All items are approximate Australian sizing.

PLEASE NOTE: Size charts are all approximate measurements ONLY. Measurements will sometimes vary from the size guide listed on the website. Size charts are helpful guides only and do not deem the products faulty or incorrectly sized if measurements slightly vary.

Please Note any advice we give in regards to size is a guide compared to our models measurements we have on file. This does not take into account girls build and fit on each individual child. Advice is approximate only and you can also change sizes if you need too.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow the below steps to do so:

  1. Email us directly at customercare@amandacharming.com.au or via our “Contact Us” form.
  2. You will receive an email back from us within 24 hours with an attached form.
  3. Fill out / complete the form with your full name, email and order number.
  4. Follow the instruction in the attached form for the return address and procedures.
  5. Send us a copy / screenshot of your postage receipt.
  6. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue either a refund or exchange.

MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

If no one is home at the time of delivery, your package will be left in a safe location at your shipping address. Be sure to check around the front of your home, letterbox, especially behind bins/pot plants/fences and under doormats. We also recommend checking with other members of your home, building management or neighbors who may have collected it for you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Please email customer service if you would like some assistance with locating a parcel, we can lodge an enquiry with the applicable courier.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed it cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Please Note that a restocking/merchant fee may apply if a Cancellation or a Refund has been agreed to by Amanda Charming. Shipping charges will not be refunded for orders that have already been shipped and Returned To Sender.

WHY CAN’T I PURCHASE AN ITEM WITH A SALE PRICE AND / OR MULTIPLE COUPON CODES?

Please note sale prices and discounts are only valid within the time frame we give for the
sale period. We do not provide sale prices if you have purchased outside this time period.

Store credits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes. Only one code can be applied at checkout. Our code words cannot be used on our Sale Album. Our Sale Album is already marked down and cannot be used on top of these items.

MY ITEM(S) IS NOT THE COLOR I WAS EXPECTING.

Please note that we do our best to display the true color of the garment, however, colors may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor/device and the lighting of images.  We do not consider this a fault if the color is different.

DISCLAIMER

Due to the small size of some embellishments on our items, please ensure that adult supervision is given at all times around young children and babies as small items may pose a choking hazard. All headwear needs to be worn under adult supervision on children and babies so as not to pose a suffocation or choking hazard whilst awake or asleep. Please remove all headwear and outfits that have straps or may pose a risk whilst sleeping.
