WHAT CAN BE RETURNED / EXCHANGED?

Ineligibility for return:

The below categories are not eligible for return:

  • Any items that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or have had labels removed. *
  • Any items that are purchased more than 30 days of delivery date
  • Any items that are purchased at sale / discount price.

* The return of any damaged or soiled items will be at the expense of the customer and will be damaged out/destroyed by Amanda Charming. 

 

Eligibility for return:

The below categories are eligible for return:

  • Full priced items that are purchased within 30 days of delivery date. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • Any items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. *

* If the item is faulty upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so we can organise a replacement for you. Please send clear images of the faulty item to customercare@amandacharming.com.au 

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE?

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow the below steps to do so:

  1. Email us directly at customercare@amandacharming.com.au or via our “Contact Us” form.
  2. You will receive an email back from us within 24 hours with an attached form.
  3. Fill out / complete the form with your full name, email and order number.
  4. Follow the instruction in the attached form for the return address and procedures.
  5. Send us a copy / screenshot of your postage receipt.
  6. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue either a refund or exchange.

Important Notes:

Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. We DO NOT provide return labels. The return address is provided in our Return’s form.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and our 30-day Returns Policy. If you would like to change styles, please refer to our above section “What can be returned / exchanged” for more information.

REFUNDS

Please note there is strictly no refunds for sale items and shipping charges are non-refundable unless faulty.

All sales are final, and we are unable to make any pricing adjustments once the order has been placed.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchase method; this is subject to 30-day returns policy.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and, unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Amanda Charming. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

FAULTY GOODS

All goods are thoroughly quality controlled and checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers. We expect that your goods will arrive in the condition they are intended to. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please check your items on delivery. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Important Notes:

Ensure to carefully read the 'Care Instruction' attached to your garments. Amanda Charming will not be hold responsible if the customer fails to follow our Care Instructions.

HANDCRAFT AND COLORS

Each dresses are handmade by our highly skilled, gifted & dedicated artisans in Vietnam. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in embellishments may occur which is what makes our product special and individual to each customer.

Please note that we do our best to display the true color of the garment, however, colors may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor/device and the lighting of images.  We do not consider this a fault if the color is different.

Please contact us at customercare@amandacharming.com.au prior to ordering if you need help with colors.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Amanda Charming garment tags still
attached. Damaged, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. We will not accept any liability for these goods on their return.

Unidentified returns outside the 30-day policy will always be returned to the sender using our standard courier service. You will be emailed a tracking number, however, will not accept any liability for these returned goods.

Repeated Returns: all customer’s returns are reviewed and monitored. Excessive customer returns will be reviewed and potentially refused at our discretion.

We respectively decline any requests to alter our returns and exchanges policy.
