IMPORTANT NOTES:

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed.

If you require your parcel to arrive urgently or by a certain date, please select EXPRESS POST on the checkout page. If you require further assistance, please email us at customercare@amandacharming.com.au

Once an order is placed items CAN NOT be added to the same order afterwards. A separate order will need to be placed.

To help us make sure your order arrives in time, please check that:

  • Your billing address matches the address shown on your card statement
  • You will be available to sign for your order on receipt at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you
  • Your shipping address is either your billing or corporate address if you are shopping with us for the first time

PLEASE NOTE: Our post service is a no signature delivery service. Parcels will be left if no one is home. Note our DISCLAIMER at checkout and add a suitable area for your parcel to be left if you will not be home to receive it.

DISCLAIMER: If your address is not entered correctly at checkout, Amanda Charming will NOT be held responsible for missing parcels. If parcels become return to sender (RTS), you will be charged again to re-ship your parcel.

Shipping Cost – Australia ONLY

  • Free Standard Shipping when you spend over $150AUD
  • Orders under $150AUD are a flat rate charge of $15AUD
  • Express Shipping is a flat rate charge of $20AUD
  • Express Shipping for orders over $150AUD is a flat rate charge of $10AUD

Shipping Timeframes – Australia ONLY

  • Standard Shipping: 3 – 8 business days approx.* (NSW, VIC, NT, SA can have extended Regular Post shipping time frames)
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING: 1 – 4 business days approx.*
  • RURAL AREAS: if you are in a rural area please allow an additional 2-3 days on top of the shipping method you have selected*

DHL Express to New Zealand

  • Flat rate charge of $20AUD. Arrive in approx. 2 – 5 business days.

DHL International Express to USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, UAE, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea

  • Flat rate charge of $28AUD. Arrive in approx. 3 – 5 business days.

DHL International Express to Europe

  • Flat rate charge of $28AUD. Arrive in approx. 3 – 5 business days.

DHL International Express to Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia

  • Flat rate charge of $50AUD. Arrive in approx. 5 – 10 business days.

CUSTOM FEES AND DUTIES

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

Please check with your applicable government agency if your country is subject to Duties and VAT charges prior to placing your order. If Duties and taxes are not paid and refused. DHL will destroy your parcel. Parcels will not be refunded if you choose to not pay the duties and taxes.

Amanda Charming is not responsible for any delays caused by a countries customs and is unable to alter the duties and taxes incurred.

CHECKING OUT

Ensure that your billing and shipping details are entered properly. If your delivery details are different than your billing details, tick the 'Ship to different address' and enter your delivery details. Please note that we deliver to street postal addresses (no PO boxes) worldwide.

Please note: Once your order has left our warehouse, we are no longer liable for any delays, losses, or additional charges placed by the customs of the country being imported into.
